A Heartwarming Welcome
As you step into Xian Noodles, the lively ambiance and the wafting aroma of fresh, hand-pulled noodles immediately embrace you. The friendly smiles of the staff add to the welcoming atmosphere, promising a delightful dining experience ahead.
Diving into a Bowl of Comfort
The menu at Xian Noodles is a testament to the rich culinary traditions of China. We had the pleasure of savoring the Tingly Beef, a dish that tingles your taste buds with its spicy kick, perfectly balanced by the tender, flavorful beef.

Slurping Up the Authenticity
The Chicken Biang Noodle did not disappoint either. The hearty bowl was a comforting embrace of warm, perfectly cooked noodles intertwined with succulent pieces of chicken. The dish was a beautiful blend of textures and flavors, leaving us craving for more.

A Bite into Spiciness
The Spicy Cumin Lamb Bun was a spicy escapade into the realms of authentic Chinese spices. The succulent lamb infused with a kick of cumin was encased in a soft, pillowy bun, making every bite a journey of flavorful exploration.

Our Thoughts
The heart and soul poured into every dish at Xian Noodles resonates with every bite. The warm and friendly service, coupled with the authentic, flavorful offerings, makes Xian Noodles a must-visit for anyone looking to explore the rich tapestry of Chinese cuisine in the heart of the city.

Very casual, it’s actually not bad but it’s not my scene. I think it’s a nice vibe for younger people, so the atmosphere is not for me but it doesn’t mean it’s bad. Really good variety of things to try and they all taste good but the noodles with no meat, I didn’t care for it much.

Delicious but we’ve had better handmade noodles in Seattle and Kirkland. This is a student frequented eatery, ordering is via a kiosk and service is non-verbal and quick. While the noodles were average, the broth and spices were on point.

If i lived here, i would be eating here 5 times a week at least. We love a fat noodle. We love a hand cut noodle. We love a good chili oil. Hot oil biang noodle: 11/10 no notes get it
